• The App is designed to store user data within Apple’s iCloud service. You are responsible for managing your iCloud storage and ensuring backups as necessary.

3. In-App Purchases

• InkSpace offers in-app purchases for template packs. These purchases unlock templates for unlimited use across your devices.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the platform provider’s policies.

4. User Data and Privacy

• InkSpace does not collect, store, or process any personal data.
• All user data is stored securely in iCloud, and we do not have access to it.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• InkSpace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or any other issues arising from iCloud or third-party services.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of InkSpace after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
